Understanding the comprehensible emotions of my clients and working with them to find an economically sensible solution that reflects their interests is my special gift in my legal fields of family law and medical law.
In addition to my early legal specialisation, I also have a special qualification as a trained negotiator in Business Negotiations (CEBN). I keep calm and maintain an overview.
My main focus in family law is the drafting of prenuptial agreements, maintenance law and gain, legal issues that are of particular importance in business marriages and divorces. If the necessary care was not taken in the drafting of the contract at the time of marriage, the risks to the business, which is often one’s life’s work, should not be underestimated. Therefore, the drafting of marriage contracts is of particular importance not only for wealthy spouses, but also for start-up entrepreneurs. The other disciplines of family law are a matter of course.
In my work, medical law includes, in particular, the holistic counselling of hospitals, doctors, medical care centres, insurance companies and other service providers. My focus is on medical liability law on the side of the practitioner, medical fee law and the law of private health insurance.
With my Dornkamp colleagues, we can advise medical practices holistically and comprehensively (foundation, purchase/sale, data protection, medical liability, employment law, company law, rental and leasing law).
