I am not only a lawyer, but also the founder of the startup Constellatio. By building this digital learning platform for legal content, I combine my experience from entrepreneurship with consulting startups, to whom I can pass on what I have learned myself in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way and open up my network.
From my own experience as an entrepreneur I am aware that legal consulting needs are only one of many challenges of an entrepreneur. Legal issues must always be considered in the overall economic context, an approach that has particularly convinced me at DORNKAMP. But it is not only with startups that a pragmatic approach is often the more sensible and also resource-saving way than a purely legal consideration of a challenge.
My aim is therefore to present even complicated issues in an understandable way and to point out feasible alternative courses of action. In addition to legal advice, our clients also see me as an entrepreneurial sparring partner for strategic issues.
In terms of content, I deal in particular with corporate law and real estate law issues.
