Unlike other legal topics, medical law addresses many different areas of law. Specialization within this comprehensive field of law is therefore essential for perfect representation.
One focus of our work is therefore the representation of hospitals, (dental) medical practices, insurance companies, practicing and employed (dental) physicians as well as other service providers in all matters concerning medical liability law on the side of the treating party.
In addition to the defense of medical malpractice suits and nationwide litigation, one focus of our work is to advise and support service providers in order to avoid claims by patients. In doing so, we analyze existing structures and identify weak points that form the basis of potential claims for damages or compensation for pain and suffering. Together with the responsible parties, we then work out solutions and measures to ensure that court proceedings or high monetary claims are avoided.
Another focus is the support of physicians during the establishment, takeover or sale of their practice.
