Expertise

As a specialist lawyer for labour law, I advise and represent companies in all labour law issues. This includes ongoing advice on employment contracts and contracts of employment, bonus and remuneration models, warnings and dismissals as well as representation in labour court proceedings up to the Federal Labour Court.

I organise restructurings for personnel adjustments, conduct negotiations with works councils and support personnel and legal departments in a targeted manner according to the individual needs of the client. Furthermore, I assist managing directors and executives in drafting and terminating their contractual relationships.

At DORNKAMP, we have the special situation of being able to solve our clients’ commercial law challenges in a service-oriented manner with outstanding colleagues. I consider it a very special privilege to be able to shape the future of our clients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
