Expertise

As a lawyer admitted to the bar in Poland, I particularly assist companies of all legal forms in disputes before courts. I advise managing directors, board members and shareholders on issues of capital and restructuring measures, corporate governance, liability avoidance and corporate strategies.

Above all, I am active in cross-border legal relations between Germany and Poland, both in expansion from Germany to Poland and vice versa when entering the German market. With my legal education and doctorate in Poland, I ensure that these cross-border company formations and transactions are also compliant with Polish law.

In the field of administrative law, I represent clients before administrative and higher administrative courts.

Mergers & acquisitions, the legal support of purchases and sales of companies or parts of companies, mergers and restructurings complete my area of expertise, as well as real estate law, where I mainly advise on real estate transactions.
