As a lawyer, I advise in the areas of IT law, software contract law including general terms and conditions, data protection, open source and e-commerce.

I support my clients with in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in order to develop individual and practical solutions. My goal is to support established companies as well as start-ups in overcoming legal hurdles and successfully implementing their innovative projects. My affinity for technology enables me to understand the specific challenges of the digital world and effectively bring this to bear in providing legal advice.

My education included studies at the University of Passau as well as legal clerkship with stations in Konstanz, Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm. Before and during this time, I discovered my entrepreneurial streak, which led to the founding of two companies, a new media agency and an online shop for luxury dog products.
