I was born and raised in Italy (Milan) and studied English and German law in England (London) and Germany (Berlin). Today, I am admitted to the Stuttgart Bar and established as an avvocato stabilito in Milan. I advise German and Italian companies in both domestic and cross-border legal transactions on commercial law matters, in particular on corporate law and IT law.
The focus of my work in corporate law lies in particular in the area of company formation, restructuring issues, the purchase and sale of companies or shares in companies, and the drafting of participation and shareholder agreements, often for companies in the emerging tech / digital markets sector.
In the field of IT law, I draft, review and negotiate software
In the area of IT law, I draft, review and negotiate software creation agreements, software licence agreements, software as a service agreements and service level agreements (SLA), including the necessary data protection agreements (order processing agreements, joint responsibility agreements; standard contractual clauses). In addition, I accompany and coordinate comprehensive data protection audits and advise on all issues in the area of data protection compliance.
In real estate business law, I support companies in drafting commercial leases, in cases of rental defects and in cases of premature termination of leases. I also advise on real estate transactions.
