Daniel Nagel advises on international law, new media and digitalisation.
In international law Daniel Nagel advises on all issues of cross-border trade, in particular on the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), as well as on issues of international conflict of laws. He is a permanent contributor to the international database of decisions on the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, a member of the Jean Monnet European Centre of Excellence, University of Leeds, and a member of the examination board of the Stuttgart Bar Association for the specialisation in international business law.
Daniel Nagel also specialises in IT law issues, in particular the review and drafting of software contracts, data protection law and reputation management in Germany and abroad. He is the author of numerous publications in this area and counsel to an international software company.
Together with Felix Buchmann, he advises start-ups on the development of innovative business models from foundation to exit and is co-initiator of the series Gründerfrühstück Stuttgart.
