As a specialist lawyer for intellectual property law and IT law, I advise associations and small and medium-sized enterprises mainly on issues of competition and e-commerce law as well as provider liability.
The focus of my work is the nationwide enforcement and defence of competition law claims. With more than 50 cases per year, I have extensive experience in litigation and know the interfaces between theory and practice.
First and foremost, I want you to understand why we decide on a certain litigation strategy, with what objective and what risk – even if this may lead to the assessment that the pursuit of any claims or the defence against third-party claims has no prospect of success; this is the only way to find the economically optimal solution for you.
I also advise small and medium-sized enterprises on the development of advertising strategies and the legally compliant set-up of online shops. This not only requires clarification of competition law issues, but also compliance with data protection, trademark, media and copyright law.
