Expertise

Gerald Sander works for DORNKAMP as of counsel and as an expert on constitutional and administrative law issues. He specialises in constitutional law, including the representation of constitutional complaints, administrative law, in particular regulatory law and public building law, as well as municipal commercial law. In addition to private individuals, he primarily advises companies, the public sector and municipalities.

Gerald Sander teaches and conducts research on the above-mentioned topics at the Ludwigsburg University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and Finance. He has numerous academic publications in these fields and is the author of several well-known textbooks.
